A bizarre baby born in Charikot attracted a large number of people to witness the unusual sight. The baby has large eyeballs and was born without a neck. The baby however, did not live for over half an hour of its birth.The father, Nir Bahadur, says that he does not feel any remorse for the baby’s death. It is believe that the baby has a condition known as anencephaly, a neural tube defect.
